Everyone has stress, and everyone handles stress differently. Talking it out with someone can ease you from stress because you can look at the problem from a new perspective and handle it with a different objective. Another reason why talking out your stress is very helpful is because it enables you to let go of a problem, and sometimes you just need someone to listen to you, and to understand you. People often relieve their stress by talking to their good friend, teacher, counselor, or parents.
Physical activity reduces stress. Physical activity pumps up your endorphin, and increases meditation in motion which helps you forget about stress. When you go for a run or do tennis, your brain releases chemicals that make you feel good which can help you release stress.(endorphin) When you are very focused on your body motion, you often forget about your problems and what you were thinking about that whole day because you are too focused on the motion of your body. Go for a run! Go for a swim! It can surely relieve your stress girls!
Fast foods and food such as cheese, ice-cream, and soda can help you relieve stress. Eating can reduce stress because when you're eating, it directs the blood from your brain to your stomach which can give you a mental break. When eating, your mind goes to a magical la la land! Your brain also releases endorphin when you're eating! Make sure you don't take in TOO much sweeties or else you will end up in having some health problems. A slice of cake, or a scoop of ice cream will give you no harm my ladies!
